Which custom-upload formats are supported?
The current browser workflow accepts MP4, MOV/M4V, and WebM source files. The current duration ceiling is three hours, while file-size and usage limits can be lower depending on the active plan.
Can an interrupted upload resume?
Yes. The browser saves resumable multipart state and pauses retry consumption while offline. Return to the same video in the same browser after connectivity returns. Clearing site data or switching browsers can remove access to the local resume state.
Why is the video uploaded but still processing?
A durable source upload and ready hosted playback are separate stages. Playback ingest, posters, previews, and other derivatives can complete at different times. Do not publish until the required playback is ready.
Does SuperDuper Videos keep my original upload?
Yes. Custom-upload source originals are retained immutably in private object storage as a portability and recovery boundary, subject to the account’s storage allowance and deletion choices.
Why did my upload stop progressing?
Check connectivity first, then return to the same video and attempt to resume. If it still fails, record the source format and size, browser, network type, approximate time, and visible error before contacting support.
Can I publish while optional previews are still processing?
Hosted playback and required publication assets must be ready. Optional visual derivatives can finish separately, but review the player carefully because the available presentation can change as assets complete.
