01

Who we are

SuperDuper Videos is a hosted web application for managing source video, adaptive playback, website players, publications, embeds, and viewing insights. 03

Google Sign-In and Google user data

If you choose to sign in with Google, we request only the Google account information needed to authenticate you and create or maintain your account. This may include your email address, name, profile image, Google account identifier, and email verification status.

We use Google user data only to provide account sign-in, account security, user identification inside the product, and support for the user-facing features you choose to use. We do not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, credit decisions, or unrelated analytics.

SuperDuper Videos' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements: https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy.

04

When you use the product, we may process uploaded source originals, provider playback assets, YouTube URLs and public metadata, thumbnails, posters, timeline and hover previews, publication identifiers, allowed origins, player configuration, and usage events such as loads, plays, viewing time, quality signals, errors, and timestamps. We use this information to process video, operate playback, render embeds, generate assets, provide analytics, enforce usage limits, troubleshoot issues, and prevent abuse.

05

Automatically collected information

We may automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referring URLs, approximate location derived from IP address, cookies, session identifiers, log data, and product event data. We use this information for security, debugging, analytics, service reliability, and fraud prevention.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the product, such as hosting providers, authentication providers, storage providers, analytics providers, payment processors, email providers, and customer support tools. We may also share information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets. We do not sell personal information or Google user data.

Data retention

We keep account and product information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce agreements. Public embed logs and analytics may be retained in raw, aggregated, or anonymized form for product reporting, security, and operational purposes.
