01

Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SuperDuper Videos. By visiting the website, creating an account, signing in, or using the product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

02

The service

SuperDuper Videos provides tools for source uploads, video processing, hosted playback, YouTube metadata imports, player configuration, preview assets, publication, origin controls, embed snippets, and usage reporting. Some features may be experimental, unavailable, or changed over time.

03

Accounts and authentication

You may need an account to use product features. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account. We may use third-party authentication providers such as Google Sign-In to help create and secure accounts.

04

Customer content and permissions

You retain ownership of the source videos, URLs, titles, metadata, domains, settings, and other content you add to the service. You grant SuperDuper Videos the rights needed to host, process, store, display, transmit, transform, and otherwise use that content solely to provide, secure, and improve the service. You represent that you have all rights and permissions necessary to add and use the content through SuperDuper Videos.

05

Video providers and third-party services

SuperDuper Videos uses third-party services for functions such as authentication, storage, video processing, playback delivery, payments, and YouTube metadata. SuperDuper Videos is not YouTube, Google, Mux, or an official product of those providers. Their services and related rights may be governed by separate terms and policies. You are responsible for third-party rules that apply to your content, accounts, websites, and embeds.

06

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to break the law, infringe intellectual property rights, misrepresent ownership or endorsement, distribute malware, interfere with service infrastructure, bypass usage limits, scrape or abuse public endpoints, hide required third-party attribution, violate platform policies, or upload or configure content that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive.

07

Public embeds and usage limits

Public embeds may generate requests, asset delivery, analytics events, and other usage. We may apply limits, throttling, caching, feature restrictions, or temporary suspension to protect the service, control infrastructure cost, prevent abuse, or enforce plan limits. We may change limits or require a paid plan for higher usage.

08

Fees and paid plans

If paid plans are offered, fees, usage allowances, billing cycles, taxes, and overages will be disclosed at purchase or in the product. You authorize us or our payment processor to charge applicable fees. Unless stated otherwise at purchase, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

09

Beta and pre-release features

Some features may be released as beta, preview, or early access features. These features may be incomplete, changed, unavailable, or discontinued at any time. You should not rely on beta features for critical production workflows without your own backup plan.

10

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information, including information received through Google Sign-In. By using the service, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy at /privacy.

11

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the service or other users, failed to pay fees, or used the product in a way that may cause legal, security, operational, or reputational harm. You may stop using the service at any time.

12

Service changes and availability

We may modify, pause, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We work to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always available.

13

Disclaimers

The service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

14

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperDuper Videos will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or substitute services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid to use the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you have not paid us.

15

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SuperDuper Videos from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your content, websites, embeds, account activity, violation of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights or laws.
