I forgot my password. What should I do?
Open the login page, choose Forgot password, and submit the account email address. Use the newest reset email you receive and complete the reset in the same environment where the account normally signs in.
Why am I not receiving account email?
Check spam and filtered folders, confirm the submitted address is correct, and wait briefly before requesting another message. Repeatedly requesting messages can make it harder to identify the newest valid link.
How can I review my signed-in devices?
Open Settings and review Sessions. Remove sessions you do not recognize and change the account password if you suspect unauthorized access.
The embed says the origin is not allowed. How do I fix it?
Copy the destination page origin exactly—including protocol, hostname, and non-default port—add it to the publication, and confirm the latest publication state is live. Do not include a path after the hostname.
What should I include in a bug report?
Include what you tried, what happened, the page URL, browser, operating system, device, approximate time and timezone, and a screenshot or first console/network error. A publication public ID is useful; passwords, cookies, credentials, and private source URLs are not.
Where should I report a security issue?
Use the Trust Center or Security page for responsible-reporting instructions. Do not place exploit details, credentials, or customer data in a public issue or social post.
Need a human?
Send the smallest reproducible story.
Tell us what you tried, what happened, and where. Leave passwords, private URLs, cookies, and credentials out.
